Are you insured? 

Yes, we have public liability insurance for both ground filming/photography and aerial (drone).

How long is a full day? 

Typically, we arrive at the bridal prep location approximately 2 hours prior to the ceremony start time. We capture your special day until the first dance and around 45 minutes of the evening celebrations. However, if there are any unique events happening later (such as sparklers or fireworks), please inform us.

Is travel included? 

Certainly! Travel is indeed included in our packages. We strive to maintain transparent pricing with no hidden costs. However, it is important to note that destination weddings may incur additional expenses, which will be clearly outlined and agreed upon in the contract.

Where are you based and do you travel? 

Although our home base is in Somerset, we have the privilege of traveling both within the UK and abroad. Our job allows us the opportunity to witness breathtaking locations, and distance is never a barrier when it comes to capturing love stories.

Do you require a booking fee?

Yes, we require a 25% deposit of the total price to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable and confirms the booking. It covers securing your date, declining other bookings for the same day, as well as administrative tasks, contract creation, and any phone calls leading up to the booking.

Do we have any paperwork to fill in?

Yes, but it’s minimal. It’s crucial to sign the agreement, especially since some couples book more than 2 years in advance. This contract outlines expectations for all parties, including details on editing, delivery, etc. Additionally, you’ll receive a booking form containing essential details we need to know for the day—it’s our go-to document. Both documents are provided via e-sign for a straightforward process, so no printing or scanning is necessary! Please note, we can’t hold the date until we receive both the signed contract and the deposit.

When will we receive our videos/images?

Typically, you can expect to receive your online gallery within 6-8 weeks, although we aim to deliver it sooner whenever possible, depending on the time of year.

Do we provide you a meal on the day?

It’s always appreciated. Whatever works best for you and your caterers is fine. Having a meal helps us refuel and perform better throughout the day.

How much time should we allocate for group and couple photos during the drinks reception?

We’d recommend setting aside at least an hour and a half for the drinks reception. This gives you time to mingle, enjoy some canapés, and also allows for group shots and private couple moments. With this timeframe, everything can flow smoothly without feeling rushed. We recommend limiting the number of group shots to around 10 to 15.

Do we have a meeting beforehand?

Absolutely! Typically, about a month before the big day, we’ll arrange a phone call or a Zoom/WhatsApp video call. During this meeting, we’ll go over the schedule for the day, discuss shot lists for groups, and address any other requirements or questions you may have.
